We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor of the first ever Partners For Pets’ Happy Tails on Trails 5K Run/Walk. This event will raise money to provide housing and medical care, including spaying or neutering, for our dogs and cats who have fractured bones, parvo, heartworms, mange, hernias, bladder stones, serious infections, and malnutrition.
Located in Troy, IL, we are a licensed animal shelter with Illinois Department of Agriculture and a registered 501(C)(3) charity with the Internal Revenue Service. Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats from animal control, shelter facilities, or “pounds” that have high kill and low adoption rates. Priority is given to the sick, injured, elderly, and terrified animals that have used up their time and whose chances of rescue or adoption is small. We have “pulled” over 18,000 dogs and cats out of the local pounds since 2003. In 2018 we found new homes for 1,462 dogs and cats.
